How the launch work will be completed

Responsibilities and boundaries
What the academy provides—and what requires a separate quote
Client responsibilities
I&I International Academy will continue paying its existing Wix subscription, domain, payment-processing fees and any third-party software charges. The academy will provide approved photos, program information, legal wording and access to the required Wix and payment accounts.
Not included in this launch plan
Custom student portals, learning-management systems, parent accounts, Brightwheel integration, advanced recurring tuition automation, complex OmniPayUSA API development, custom databases and major additional pages require a separate written quote.
Proposal terms
Simple expectations for both parties
Initial investment$415 due before initial design and setup work begins.
Monthly management$100 per month with an initial six-month service commitment.
RevisionsTwo rounds of homepage and launch-scope revisions are included.
OwnershipThe Wix website remains in the academy’s account and under its control.
Additional requestsWork outside the listed scope will be reviewed and quoted before it begins.
Third-party costsWix, domain, processor and software fees are paid directly by the academy.
